As a homebuilder of small, exclusive developments, purchasing land is an essential aspect of our business. We actively seek land of any size for residential developments in North East Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.

We are always keen to speak with landowners and agents who have land suitable for residential developments. We generally consider sites with planning permission for residential dwellings but this is not essential. Joint ventures are also considered.
